Our story
Field Craft Catering is the collaboration of chefs Trent Halun and Matao Winter-Buist. After honing their skills in the Okanagan valley as young chefs they moved on to provide luxury dining deep in the alpine as backcountry lodge chefs. Possessing a close connection to the mountains and a field naturalist's knack for wild foods, Trent and Matao draw constant inspiration from the season of abundance at hand.
